Mionetto Prosecco: A Longtime Story Of Love From Italy

Passion, tradition, research and excellence are the fundamental values of this winery and its brand, each with their own unique, unmistakable style

In 1887 from the love and passion of master wine-maker Francesco Mionetto for the land led him to open this winery set amidst the gently rolling hills of Valdobbiadene, in the heart of Prosecco area. In its one hundred years of history, Mionetto has become a flagship for the area and a shining example of Prosecco production on the international scene.

Since the very beginning, Mionetto has always been a modern, innovative company able to anticipate fashions and trends whilst at the same time maintaining a strong bond with the traditions of its homeland, a feature which still today sets it apart from other sparkling wine producers.

Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry

A creamy, long-lingering bead of bubbles accentuates ultra-aromatic notes of acacia blossom, honey, citrus, and almond, fragrances classic to the glera grape variety.

A sinuous appeal with a charming personality and the distinguishing feature of obliquity combine with the excellent quality that is the result of Mionetto’s wine-producing experience. An exclusive “unicum” with unmistakable Italian style.

Cartizze DOCG Dry

This elegant Cartizze boasts luminous golden highlights that are fluted by a near-endless, delicate bead of tiny bubbles. A majestic, multi-faceted bouquet releases seductive impressions of apple and pear, alongside notes of citrus and glazed almond. On the palate, it is crisp, well-balanced, and elegant.

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry

Produced from the grapes harvested in the heart of the Prosecco Superiore DOCG area, this fine sparkling wine conveys all the best of the vineyard and grapes it came from. Straw yellow in colour with greenish glints; floral nose with intense aromas of green apple and exotic fruit make this a smooth, velvety, crisp sparkling wine with a fine, persistent perlage.

Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry

The elegance typical of the grapes of the area of Denomination of Origin Controlled (DOC) confers on this sparkling wine a reflective perlage, soft and persistent, with hints of acacia, honey, citrus and almond. Pale yellow in colour with light green highlights. Softly-contoured, elegant, sinuous and sophisticated. The bottle, the symbol of the Mionetto MO Collection, has a design inspired by the characteristics of the products it houses, representing a perfect synthesis. Shape and content epitomize the very same ideals of uniqueness, passion, history and innovation.

Sergio

Delicate straw yellow in colour; characteristic nose infused with honey and crabapple; dry, pleasantly bitter with just the right degree of acidity to give it a lean, medium body. Fine, intense perlage. Softly-contoured, elegant, sinuous and sophisticated. The bottle, the symbol of the Mionetto MO Collection, has a design inspired by the characteristics of the products it houses, representing a perfect synthesis.

Sergio Rosè

A luminous, peach-blossom pale pink subtly flecked with purple, and displaying a rich, long-lingering mousse. Notes of pink grapefruit, blackcurrant, and hints of sweetbriar predominate on its crisp, fruit-rich bouquet. The lengthy bead of pinpoint bubbles, well-balanced and with an attractively zesty acidity, serves as the perfect complement to a palate marked by clean-edged impressions of raspberry.

Vivo Blu

A crisp sparkling wine with a floral and fruit-rich bouquet, releasing fragrant impressions of almond, fresh-baked bread, Golden Delicious apple, acacia blossom, and honey combined with notes of pear, apricot, peach, and blueberry, which marry together to yield an ultra-appealing cuvee. The sparkling wines in the Vivo line demonstrate the ability of Mionetto’s winemakers to produce a highly appreciated, extremely versatile sparkling wine for light, informal and social drinking.

Vivo Rosé

Vivo Rose stands out for its luminous, lively highlights and peach-blossom hue, as well as for its delicate, yet rich, lingering mousse. The bouquet is redolent of raspberry, rose petals, and morello cherry, while the palate, crisp and very well-balanced, shows just the right degree of acidity, along with pronounced impressions of wild red berry fruit. A result of over one hundred years of history and the winery’s experience in the production of sparkling wines.

Spago Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG

This Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG, with its string-secured cork, is the most genuine representative of the Valdobbiadene tradition and local usage. Its displays Prosecco’s classic qualities: the pale straw yellow hue; the refined, slender cascade of bubbles; and the stylish, well-balanced bouquet. It shows just the right degree of dryness on the palate, perfectly calibrated and perfectly traditional.

Prosecco DOC Treviso Spago

Pale straw yellow, with greenish highlights. The bouquet is redolent of acacia blossom and wisteria, aromas classic to the Glera grape, harmoniously married to delicate impressions of honey on the palate. A centuries-old tradition of manually tying string over the cork and round the neck of bottles of semi-sparkling Prosecco to prevent the cork from being forced out during natural fermentation. Mionetto was the first winery to reintroduce this tradition back in 1961 and still today tying is done by hand.

IL Prosecco DOC

Straw yellow with luminous highlights, and a fragrant bouquet of wisteria and acacia blossoms. Ultra-appealing on the palate, it is crisp, refreshing, and vivacious, with subtle impressions of honey and ripe apple. The products in the “il” line have been designed with a younger, more original image for light, informal, social drinking. The nature of this unique product is reflected in the distinctive design of the bottle and the name, which sets it apart from all Mionetto’s other ranges – simple, direct, striking – and clear-cut, eye-catching graphics.

An aperitif wine that marries together in a harmonious combination aromatic elderflower blossoms and the crisp, ultra-fruity bouquet of them semi-sparkling white wine. The products in the “il” line have been designed with a younger, more original image for light, informal, social drinking.

IL Spriz

In the tradition of the classic spritz beloved by Venetians, Mionetto’s “il” SPR!Z is crisp, refreshing, and utterly delicious. It boasts the totally natural aromas of apple and tropical fruit of the Veneto’s semi-sparkling wine beautifully married to scents of sweet orange and tangy notes of citrus and aromatic herbs.
