Having worked in hospitality for the past 17 years, the sommelier world is the one that has captivated Eugenio the most. He started his career in the kitchen right after Hospitality School, then moved to the front of the house and gave his first steps in the wine world almost 11 years ago. Since then he has moved first to the US and then across Europe always looking for new challenges and getting the chance to work with the best people.
