My name is Daniele Palomba. I have been working in the restaurant industry for the last 7 years. Started as a commis waiter, working my way up to be a head waiter. However, wine has always been my passion as an Italian person. Hospitality helped me to start my career with wine and become a sommelier. I have been working in this position for the last 5 years. I am currently working in Annabel's, one of the most well known clubs in London.
I am responsible for some of the major accountabilities for this position, and I have completed them seamlessly. I am completely aware of the significance of customer service, cleanliness, and quality products. I am quick observer and willing to learn new perspectives in the world of wine.
I hold the WSET Diploma in Wine.
